  Precautions for medium and thick plates:
  1、定期檢查結晶器,特別是水樣,看是否有小雜質混入,造成水質變化。

  2.嚴格控制設備的超齡退役,確保及時維修管片,防止管片部分滾輪轉動造成鑄坯深度劃傷。

  3.彎曲段實行分水分區控制,動態控制不同寬度端面鑄坯的轉角溫度,防止鑄坯在彎曲過程中轉角溫度進入脆性區。
