Hot dip galvanized angle steel is also called hot dip galvanized angle steel or hot dip galvanized angle steel. Process flow: hot dip galvanized angle steel process flow: angle steel pickling → water washing → dipping auxiliary plating solvent → drying and preheating → hanging plating → cooling → passivation → cleaning → polishing → hot dip galvanizing completion.
The thickness of galvanized layer of hot-dip galvanized angle steel is uniform, up to 30-50um, with good reliability. The galvanized layer and steel are metallurgically combined and become a part of the steel surface. Therefore, the durability of galvanized layer of hot-dip galvanized angle steel is relatively reliable. The raw material of hot dip galvanized angle steel is angle steel, so the classification is the same as that of angle steel.
The surface quality of Jinan angle steel is stipulated in the standard. Generally, it is required that there should be no harmful defects in use, such as delamination, scarring, cracks, etc.
The allowable range of angle steel geometry deviation is also specified in the standard, which generally includes the items of bending degree, side width, side thickness, top angle, theoretical weight, etc., and the angle steel shall not have significant torsion.
