了解檢測區的結構形狀,分析角鋼受力情況,確定具體檢測方法,通過檢測儀器結合加工工藝,對裂紋做出正確判定。角鋼表面裂紋判定檢檢測難點在于角鋼邊沿其形狀不規則且存在圓弧過度,用超聲波直探頭檢測時檢測方向單一,很容易漏檢,用斜探頭檢測時,由于形成端角反射,對缺陷判定難度大。

制彎產生的裂紋的方向垂直于角鋼長度方向,而裂紋方向平行于角鋼長度方向,且裂紋細長,兩端尖銳,故此裂紋是軋制過程產生的,在制彎后裂紋發生擴散,裂紋特征更加明顯。若裂紋方向垂直于角鋼長度方向,則裂紋是制彎過程產生的。
